Overnight Care
After a fun-filled day of play, your pup will be ready for some much-needed sleep & relaxation! In addition to our crates, we offer suite-style boarding options - your pup can decide what space they settle best in. Whether you are out of town on business, a sports tournament, a family vacation, or life simply calls you away, you can count on us to be your dog’s home away from home!
Please Note: We only offer our Boarding services to our current Daycare dogs! Your dog MUST be apart of the OOTC Pack as a Daycare Member prior to booking any boarding reservations — this means they need to pass a Daycare Evaluation before they can stay overnight. Please check out our Daycare page for more information about enrolling your dog in daycare!
Why Choose us for Boarding?
Variety of Sleep Arrangements. Some Dogs are crate-trained and absolutely LOVE their crates; that’s where they feel the safest. Other dogs may have crate anxiety & prefer suite-style boarding. We let your pup tell us where they are most comfortable! (Fun fact: we also have XL family-style suites, allowing us to keep siblings together!)
Daycare is included. A tired pup is a happy pup! While you’re away, your dog will spend the day romping around with their doggy BFFs as part of our daily daycare program. Once bedtime comes, they will have gotten all their energy out & will most definitely be ready to cuddle up for a good night’s rest.
Sense of Familiarity. Since all boarding dogs have to pass our daycare evaluation, your pup already knows us & we already know them. Talk about an easy transition from playing all day to then sleeping overnight. We’re a one-stop shop!
Indoor AND Outdoor Space. Our entire 8,000 sq. ft. facility is climate-controlled and we also offer an outdoor space so your dog can get plenty of fresh air while up-keeping positive potty-training habits. We set them up for success!

Requirements to Board at OOTC
Dogs must pass a FREE Daycare Evaluation prior to their boarding stay.
Dogs must be up-to-date on the required vaccinations - Rabies, Bordetella and DHPP.
Dogs must be in good health, free from fleas/ticks/etc.
Dogs that are 1 year or older must be spayed or neutered.
All dogs must be comfortable playing and socializing with other dogs, without feeling territorial or aggressive.
Boarding Rates
$60 per night
(Each additional sibling: 10% discount)
Please Note: a $10 Holiday Fee will be added to boarding reservations that fall on/near all major Holidays. Please book your holiday boarding reservations in advance as we tend to fill up quickly!

Bedtime Kong (Choice of either PB or Cheese) $5 per night
Exit Bath (1-49 lbs: $15, 49-100 lbs: $25, 100+ lbs: $30)
Exit Ear Cleaning $10

Boarding Drop-Off / Pick-Up Times
Boarding dogs may be DROPPED-OFF anytime between 8am-10am Monday thru Saturday.
Boarding dogs may be PICKED-UP anytime between 8am-8pm Monday thru Saturday.
Late Pick-ups: On the final day of boarding, you will get charged ONE day of daycare if your dog is picked up after 1PM.
Please Note: If you are picking up your boarding dog after 1pm on their final day, we will either charge your account for ONE day of daycare via the single day rate OR if you have an existing daycare package, we will simply deduct one pass.
Boarding Personal Items / Food Policy
No need to bring personal items (bedding, blankets, toys, etc.) when packing for your dog’s stay! Out of the Crate provides comfortable bedding, toys during playtimes and lots of love and attention. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
Like children, many dogs have various allergies and dietary restrictions. For all boarding stays, we require dogs to be dropped off with just enough food for their entire stay. Food must be pre-measured for each feeding in Ziploc bags with the dogs FIRST and LAST name written on each bag. You may include treats for their stay as well. We do have a refrigerator to store food if needed.
How to Get Started:
Click on the blue “Client Portal” button below and create a new account for you & your pup.
Fill out the required forms in the client portal, including uploading your dog’s vaccination records (We require Rabies, Bordetella & DHPP for all of our daycare dogs) as well as signing all of the Agreements.
All boarding dogs must pass what we call a “Playgroup Compatibility Evaluation (PCE)” prior to any Boarding Reservations. Why? Because daycare is included in all boarding reservations. Make sure to schedule your dog’s PCE prior to when you will be needing boarding accommodations.
